World projects: the whole server picks the ending
Zeverland's endgame isn't a boss — it's a set of enormous, server-wide construction projects, each pointing toward a different ending for the world. When the season ends, so does that world's story.

The four known routes
- The great Purifier — a miracle device meant to cleanse the infection zones themselves. The engineering-scale ending.
- The vaccine race — research your way out of the apocalypse, including a rumored half-infected serum route: keep your zed abilities, keep your mind.
- Go underground — abandon the surface entirely and rebuild below it.
- Reforest the land — push nature back against the red, zone by zone.
Which ending a server reaches depends on what its community builds, kills and spares across the season. Servers run in seasons, so each world's story eventually resets — and the next world starts from the first minute after the Red Rain again.
What feeds a world project
The projects tie together every system on this site: your camp's production, the vehicles that haul project materials, NPC crews that keep the camp running, and the deep-zone loot only red layers of the map give up. The July 2026 roadmap's expanded faction storyline is expected to thread through these projects too.
