Zeverland storage & inventory: loot needs a home
Between vehicle cargo modules and camp warehouses, storage is a quiet pillar of the Zeverland loop. Here's everything confirmed so far — and, just as important, what isn't.

Roadmap-confirmed Playtest-observed UI Base storage: not documented
Confirmed: storage on vehicles
- The July 2026 roadmap promises living, storage and combat modules mounted freely on your vehicles — cargo capacity is a design pillar, not an afterthought.
- The playtest vehicle menu's Space Expansion category ("add more space for building and placement") points the same direction.
- Roof cargo frames and racks are named parts for the mobile-home build — see the RV guide.
Observed: the playtest inventory UI
- A numbered hotbar (slots 1–0) with stack counts and per-item durability bars.
- Ammo counters per weapon, plus keybind chips for quick actions.
Not documented yet
- Base storage — chests, warehouses or camp-wide inventories haven't been shown publicly.
- Weight limits or slot caps — no official numbers exist.
- Shared storage rules for co-op crews — unknown.
